ShotHarvest AI is run by Cristian Balan (individual), Sofia, Bulgaria.
ShotHarvest uses AI to sort (cull) and edit your photos and to deliver them as a gallery, share link and ZIP. AI can make mistakes: it may set aside a photo you wanted or edit one in a way you don't like. Photos it sets aside stay available so you can recover them. Check the results before you deliver them to a client.
Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
You keep full ownership of your photos. You give us permission only to store and process them to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload them, including the consent of people shown where the law requires it. Do not upload illegal content.
The free plan includes up to 100 photos per month. Paid plans are not on sale yet; when they are, prices and conditions will be shown before you pay.
We work to keep ShotHarvest running but cannot promise it will never be down. Keep your own copy of your original photos.
You can close your account at any time through the contact form. We may close accounts that break these terms.
